Essential Functions:
- Generate customers who refer consistent volume
- Maintain and establish valued relationships with referral partners.
- Generate new business through inside/outside sales methods including, but not limited to, client referrals, cold calling, and on-site visits.
- Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.


Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be organized and sales focused.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have working knowledge of loan products and loan flow procedures.
- Must have strong relationship management skills with excellent customer service orientation.
- Must be able to establish and maintain successful and positive business relationships.
- Must have the ability to deal with time constraints.
- Regional daily travel required.
- Occasional overnight travel out of region.
